 ☄ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: Depending on canon point, Michonne is anywhere between 30-45 in age. Typically play her at the latter end of that range. Some things that aren't always seen are: one (scar on arm just above elbow) | two (raised scar on arm) | three ('X' brand on lower back; ty to the helpful red circle.) ♚ FASHION: poncho attire | katana angle | minus the poncho | casual white shirt Basically just think end of the world chique. ♚ DEMEANOUR: Michonne may come across as aloof, but in actuality she's guarded. Her walls are typically all the way up when meeting someone for the first time. When she walks, she walks with purpose but light footfalls and is quite adept at sneaking up on people. She carries herself with shoulders straight; when hunched something is wrong in her world. She's defiant in the face of fucked odds and will absolutely go down fighting. She perpetually looks tense, ready to throw hands if necessary. ♚ AURAL: Can an aura be intense? Reds and oranges, other bright colors. She is calm on the outside but her energy is high, but when she's calm her aura is too, more pastel instead of intense and bright. ♚ OLFACTORY: When it's not the end of the world, the products she uses tend to leave behind the lingering sent of cocoa butter or vanilla. If perfuming herself it's never overly sweet and lean toward the leather and cedarwood. When it's the end of the world she smells like literal death, sweat, and what you'd imagine someone with no access to consistent toiletries or water would smell like (when not able to find a place to live that has supplies). ♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: Michonne has no mental abilities of her own, but for a period of around five months, she was completely alone with only the dead for company. The death of her three-year-old son caused her to break and she began talking to both her dead boyfriend and her son as if they were there, holding full conversations with them. (Her boyfriend, in a sense, was there, as after he turned into a walker she kept him on a leash.) She credits Andrea, Rick, and Carl for bringing her back from the edge of madness, and it's Rick she starts over with, a little saner, this time around. ☄ OOC ♚ BACKTAGGING: Always, life happens. I try to stay on top of my inbox, but LOL. If we're a few months back in a game situation, we can probably talk out handwaving if wanted, but we're all adults with lives! Slow and back tags happen. ♚ FOURTHWALLING: Not a huge fan in this context, but other worlds have walkers, so in that context, telling her about other zombie worlds, go for it. It will blow her mind as well that some worlds have walkers as fictional entertainment and they've never been a real thing. ♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: You can try without knowing her, but it'll be like hugging a tree trunk. Her affection is hard-won, but once you have it, she'll never hesitate to pull you into a hug if you need it. ♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Due to the nature of Michonne's canon, I'm fine with violence/gore/blood/death. Michonne is a fighter and when the need arises, has no problem with killing. ♚ RELATIONSHIPS: Absolutely down to relationship, If it doesn't feel right, however, we should talk. My main ship is Rick/Michonne, but my heart for an Andrea at some point as well. M/F and F/F are both on the table. Loooove me some crosscanon/assumed cr to get the ball rolling. ☄ Personal permissions ♚ Avoidances: I would prefer not to write out: let's talk about this, as Michonne's canon has a lot of violence and a lot of animals die, so I'm not against writing much. We just need to talk it out. |
